防靜電塑料周轉筐是電子、電氣元器件和設備的生產廠家用于生產、周轉、貯存、包裝所必備的，是有效地保護靜電敏感免受靜電損傷的必不可少的器具。防靜電周轉筐隨著靜電敏感器件的廣泛應用，它的質量和防靜電性能受到用戶的極大關注。
同一個容器材料電阻的均勻性是參照GJB/105-98電荷泄放的要求而提出的，導電性是ESD防護材料重要性能，能讓電荷泄放到地，在同一個容器上電阻率的均勻性能讓電荷均勻地分布在整個材料上。靜電全衰期的時間測量是參照GJB/Z 105-98 H3.2.4執行。
靜電衰減性能測試對于均勻材料(體積表面導電性的范圍之內時)都呈現出復雜的測量問題；非均勻的體積、表面兩種導電材料系統呈現極端復雜的測量問題。對于復合結構的材料而言，材料的電阻率(體積電阻率或表面電阻率)對靜電衰減時間的相關性可能是前后矛盾，為了使靜電分別規定為小于10秒和2秒。
規定對耐熱性能試驗溫度為80℃，比國標規定的60℃有所提高。物理機械性能抗沖擊強度，由于電子行業的周轉筐結構形式多樣性，對于一次性注塑成型周轉筐和元件盒可以采用跌落試驗，但是對于組裝成型的周轉架和車難以實行整體跌落試驗，為此暫定為對塑件做缺口沖擊試驗，保證周轉筐的可靠性。 中譯英：
